About the Owner - Joshua Carter

I started this business in order to be a more involved father, husband, and spiritual leader in our home. After missing so much of my kids' lives while working rotating 12hr shifts, weekends, and holidays for 12 years in the steel industry, something had to change. My construction experience, attention to detail, and work ethic lead me to restoring natural stone, tile, grout, showers, and more for anyone who wants their home surfaces clean and looking wonderful. I have online training cerficates through Surface Care Pros Learning Institute and completed my in person training with MB Stone in North Carolina. I've been restoring stone and tile full-time since 2023. Every job starts with an assessment, because no two stones behave the same way — I use diamond abrasives and stone-specific chemicals, and adjust the combination and technique based on how that particular material responds. Sometimes that means testing an approach on a small area first before committing to the whole surface.
